Everyone loves a good Scrabble game…so why not increase the fun by increasing the size?
A tiled porch floor (or kitchen floor if the weather is nasty) can double as an awesome Scrabble board. Simply block off a 15 x 15 block square and you’re ready to go. You can make letter tiles out of ceramic squares, wooden blocks, or discarded baseboard trim. The letters can be stenciled, spray painted, glued, painted, stickered, or decoupaged on the letter squares.
As for the letter tray, try a spice rack from IKEA or a picture shelf. Once you have your game assembled, get ready for a game of epic proportions!
