Tis the season for sweaters, pumpkins, scarves, and boots…which means it’s also time for hot apple cider, strong coffee, and tasty stouts and porters.
I could easily drink stout year-round, but I love it even more in the fall. Often flavored with chocolate or coffee, stouts are the perfect ingredient to add to chocolate cakes and pies for added depth and flavor.
